Indian Government ne ab companies ko apne cryptocurrency investments declare karne ko bil diya hai. Recently, ye baate nikal ke aarahi thi ki government cryptocurrency ban karne ki plan kar rahi hai aur ab ye decision investors ko confuse kar raha hai.

What’s Happening?
Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) ne India me sari companies ko apni sari cryptocurrency holdings ya investments ko balance sheets me compulsarly disclose karne ka order diya hai. Is directive ki timing aisi hai ki abhi bhot sari reports esa indicate kar rahi hai ki India me government cryptocurrency ban ho sakti hai. But ye recent directive ye indicate karta hai ki government cryptocurrency ko completely ban nahi karegi but crypto trade ko regulate karne kelie measures implement karegi which is a good news. According to Companies Act 2013, companies ko cryptocurrency se related sare profits or losses aur details of trade and associated person disclose karna compulsary hai. Ye government directive upcoming financial year se valid hoga.

Regulation
According to experts, government ka ye directive, cryptocurrency ko regulate karne ki direction me point kar raha hai. Although government ki taraf se abhi tak koi bhi confirmation ya statement nahi aayi hai. Even though Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman ne India Today Conclave South me kaha tha ki government, cryptocurrency ya blockchain ya fintech jese kisi bhi option ko completely shut off nahi kar rahi hai. India me vese bhi cryptocurrency ka craxe badhta ja raha hai. Bitcoin aur Ethereum jesi cryptocurrencies bhot tezi se market me rise kar rahi hai. Ab yaha se sab kuch government ke decisions ke upar hai.
