Infosys India ki second largest software services company hai, Infosys ne apne share me 2.72 per cent ki growth kari hai jo ki ek all-time high hai of ₹ 1,480, jab company ne inform kiya hai exchanges ko Sunday me ki uske board me consider kiya jayega proposal to buyback shares uske upcoming board meet me Wednesday, April 14, 2021 ko. ” Hum ye inform karna chahtey hai ki Regulation 29(1)(b) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”) ke under, the Board of the Company consider karegi ek proposal for buyback of fully paid-up equity shares of the Company uske meeting me jo ki April 14, 2021 ko hai, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy-back of Securities) Regulations, 2018 ko dhyan rakhte hua. Board meeting ke outcome ko bata diya jayega stock exchanges ko after conclusion. in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI LODR Regulations,” – Infosys ne stock exchange filing me ye statement diya hai.

Agar ye approve kiya jata hai board of directors se to, ye 2nd buyback hoga jo ki Infosys 2 saal me karega. March 2019 me Infosys ne buy back kiya tha over 11.05 crore equity shares at an average price of ₹ 747 for ₹ 8,260 crore buyback offer ke under.
