Barbeque Nation ka IPO finally 24th March ko open hojayega and price band ke upper end par Barbeque Nation around 453 crore rupees raise karne ki planning kar raha hai.

Barbeque Nation ka initial public offer (IPO) Wednesday, 24th March ko open hoga and ye public offer Friday, 26 ko close hojayega, which means ki investors ke paas 3 days honge IPO shares khareedne kelie. Barbeque Nation ke is IPO me ek fresh issue of shares hoga jinki total value around 180 crore rupees hai and around 5.46 million equity shares sale kelie honge. Per share ka price around 498 rupees to 500 rupees hoga and Barbeque Nation is IPO se around 453 crore rupees raise karne ka target leke chal raha hai.

Minimum Lot Size
According to Stock Exchange data, Barbeque Nation ke IPO ka market lot size, minimum 30 shares hai which means investor Barbeque Nation ke at a time 30 shares ya usse jyada hi khareed sakta hau but 30 shares se kam nahi. And for retail investors, 13 lots of shares hi maximum limit hai jiska matlab 390 shares ya fir 1,95,000 rupees. Barbeque Nation ke shares dono National Stock Exchange aur Bombay Stock Exchange par enlist honge.

Objective
Barbeque Nation ye IPO ko launch karne a reason ye hai ki taki vo company ke sare outstanding borrowings ki prepayment ya repayment kar sake. Also, general corporate purposes bhi pure karne ka plan hai is IPO se. Barbeque Nation, 2006 me incorporate hua tha and tabse aajtak it has rapidly grown. Ek restaurant se ab Barbeque Nation, India me kareeb 73 cities me 150 + restaurants setup kar chuka hai. Even 7 restaurants outside India bhi hai.
