Nazara Technologies IPO allotmenWednesday ko finalise kiya jayega. Nazara Technologies shares listing March 30 ko schedule kiya gaya hai. Nazara IPO GMP Rs 700 ke arround hoga.
Nazara Technologies, ek popular gaming company, finalise karegi apna initial public offer (IPO) allotment Wednesday ko. Jo issue sold kiya gaya tha Rs1,100-1,101 ke price band me, usey receive hua hai stellar response with 176 times subscription.
NSE ke according, Rs 583-crore initial public offer ne receive kiya hai bids for 51,25,17,642 shares against 29,20,997 shares on offer.Jo portion reserved tha qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) ke liye vo subscribe hoo chuka hai 103.77 times, non institutional investors 389.89 times and retail individual investors (RIIs) 75.29 times. Nazara Technologies ne collect kiya hai over Rs 261 crore form anchor investors.

Wednesday ko allotment finalise kiya jayega and refunds diya jayega Tuesday ko. Nazara Technologies ke shares credit kare jayenge investors ke demat account me Friday (March 26) ko. Nazara Technologies ko BSE and NSE pe list kiya jayega March 30 ko.
Market observers ke according , grey market premium show kar raha hai ki Nazara Technologies ke share strong debut bana sakata hai. Nazara Technologies shares command kar raha hai strong grey market premium of Rs 750 apiece above the issue price of Rs 1,101.

Nazara Technologies IPO Allotment Status Online Procedure:
* Investors check kar sakte hai allotment status on its KFin Tech website (IPO Status).
* Select Recent IPOs and the company
* Investors check kar sakte hai status by entering Application No. OR DPID/Client ID OR PAN
(a) Select kare Application Type – Non ASBA or ASBA agar check kar rahe hai status using Application No. Ab enter kare application number.
(b) Agar aap check kar rahe hai status using DPID/ClientID option, enter DPID and Client ID in case of NSDL. In case of CDSL, sirf Client ID enter kare .
(c) If you are checking the status using PAN, sirf PAN entre kare.
* Details dalney ke baad, fill a Captcha jo ki display kiya jayega page ke nichey .
* Click kare Submit button ko. Status application ka display kar diya jayega.
