Uttar Pradesh State Law commission Ne Friday ko ek first draft release kiya tha Jisme aim tha population control. Aur isi ko lekar public se opinion Manga ja raha hai within 10 days. #Two Child Policy

What the draft says? | Two Child Policy

Government ka yah kahana hai ki jinke two se jyada child hai unhein benefits nahin milenge Jo government Ne provide kiye hain jaise ki :

• Third tier of government Jaise ki Jo hamari local authorities Hoti Hai like panchayat , municipal bodies ,etc. To in post par election nahi kar sakta Agar uske two se jyada child hai .
• And wo state government jobs ke liye bhi apply nahin kar sakte.
• Government ke andar Jo services Hoti Hai unhen vahan promotion nahin milega.
• Aur Sarkar Ke dwara Jo subsidy provide ki jaati thi woh bhi unhein nahin mil payegi.
• Aur ration card jo ki poor families Ko Diya jata hai vah maximum 4 logon tak hi simit kiya Jayega.
• State government ke dwara Jo welfare schemes hoti hai unhein bhi unse alag Rakha jaega

Incentives | Two Child Policy

Jo Two Child Policy ko follow karenge unhe kuch khaas incentives bhi diye jayenge government ke dwara .

• Jo log 2 child policy ko follow karenge aur voluntary sterilization operation karayenge unko sarkar kuch incentives dengi .wo kuch is prakar hai :
• Jo state government service Mein Hai unhein Two additional increments Diya Jayega.
• Aur Agar aap koi plot khareed rhe Ho ghar banane ke liye to usmein bhi subsidy provide ki jayegi government ke dwara.
• Aur jo water bill and electricity bill hota hai uspar bhi government kuch relaxation de skti hai . Aur ye sirf government employees ke liye nhi hai ye general public ke liye bhi apply hoga .
• Aur jo log maternity and paternity leave lete hai unhen 12 months tak full salary and allowances diye jaenge.
• Aur jo bhi Government employees hai aur two child policy ko follow kar rahe hain unhen free Health Care facility and insurance coverage Diya Jayega.
• Aur national pension ke andar 3% increase kiya jayega in the employers contribution fund
