Is muskil se samay pe jaha sare parents capable nahi hai fee pay karne main . Wahi haryana or punjab ke high court ye decision liya hai ki, koi bhi student ka nam school se nahi hataya jaega agar uske parents fees pay nahi kar paye to.
Pankaj Chandghothia ne PIL filled kiya tha ki , school lockdown ke karan band ho raha hai. Fees pehle le liya gaya tha kuch de paye or kuch nahi de paye jiske karan bacho ke nam hat rahe the. Or bacho ki padhai me nuksan ho raha hai . Or is corona ke time pe parents ab sirf tution fee hi dena hai na ki koi or alag se charges . Fir bhi agar parents nahi capable hai to wo high court ke orders follow kar sakte hai.
Relief For Parents
Jaisa ki hum sab jante hai ki corona duniya ke har kone me phel chuka hai. Or hum sabko pata lagbhag march se India me bhi lockdown chal raha hai. Jiske karan bahut se logo ki job problem me hain or survival muskil ho raha hai. Chahe wo kisi dukan ka malik ho, ya engineer ya doctor. Sabke jindagi me achanak se problem aaya hua hai financially or economically.
Par ese me bacho ke padhai me koi asar nahi padna chahiye kuki wo hi humara future hai . Par school ki fee pay sab parents k liye asan nahi hai . Or bahut sare school me jab tk fee na bhara jaye un bacho ka nam hata diya jata hai. Par jab se Punjab or Haryana high court ne ye order diya hai ki bacho ke nam nahi hataye jaenge. Tab se bahut sare parents ko rahat mili hai ki unke bache ab padh sakte hai.
Procedure Kya Honge
Sare school ko list banane ka order hai, wese parents ka jo capable nahi hai . Sath hi sath jin parents ko lagta hai ki wo fee nahi pay kar paa rahe, unko bas ek application dena hoga. Jisse unke bache ka nam nahi hataya jaye school se.
Agar koi bhi school us application ko accept nahi karta. Tab parents ko ek written application Fee Regulatory Authority ko dena hoga . Agar tab bhi koi response nahi ata hai .Tab authority 15 din ke andar hi koi na koi action jarur legi. Jisse student ki study me koi problem na aaye.
