Kuch hi din pehle ki baat hai, Jab report kiya gya ki Google Pay ko RBI ban kara hai all over the Internet. Because ye processor RBI rules ke tehat kaam nahi krta. And sath hi sath yeh bhi btaya gya hai ki The National Payments Corporation Of India (NBCI) ke control me kaam nahi karta.
Dispute:
Iske baad Delhi High Court me ye vivaad le Jaya gya. Aisa btaya ja raha hai ki Google pay safe nahi hai. Is case ke mamle me court se request kiya gya hai ki Google Pay ke use ko ban na kiya Jaye.
Case:
Is case ko Chief Justice T.N head kar rahe hai. And Hearing se pehle Patel and Justice Pradeep Jalan ke beech sunwayi hui. NBCI ne Pura case btaya, NBCI ek system hai jo India me cash transfer ko control krta hai. And NBCI ke kuch restrictions and permissions hai jo UBI transaction karne ki permission deta hai. Jaise ki Bonbay, BDM, and Google Pay.
Kya Hai Poora Mamla Google Pay Ka
Google Pay ek third– Party wallet processor hai. Ye NBCI ke rules ko manta hai. Google pay processor ko UBI ke under control karne ki permission hai. Google Pay puri permission ke sath kaam karta hai. And sath hi sath ye ek bharosemand aap bhi hai.
Kis Tarah Ka Hai Processor.
Ye ek third- party processor hai. Toh ye processor NBCI ki Internet par authorised payment system ki list me listed nahi hai. Otherwise Google Pay apni full permission ke sath kaam krta. RBI is processor par ban nahi lga raha although ye bhi keh raha hai ki ye dusri processors ke tulna me sabse safe hai.
RBI Rules:
NBCI ne clarify kiya hai ki isse RBI ke rules ke tehat manjuri di gyi hai. RBI ne Google Pay processor par ban laga diya hai, jisse confirm hota hai ki social network par afwahein nikal rahi hai. “Hum sabhi rules ko mante hai, koi abuse waali baat mahi hai”. Google Bay company ne samjhaya.
