India me Bitcoins khareedna aur bechna absolutely legal hai aur abhi tak esa koi law nahi aya hai jo Indians ko cryptocurrencies khareedne aur bechne ko rokta hai. Badi baat ye hai ki illegal na hone ke alava, investment ki koi bhi legal kguaranteed safety abhi tak nahi hai. Kafi analysts ki mane to, privately issued cryptocurrencies ko khareedna ya bechna safe nahi hai. Even RBI ke according, Central government virtual currency ko regulate ya guarantee nahi karti hai. Ministry of Finance bhi Bitcoin jesi cryptocurrencies ke investors ko alert and safe rehne ki guidelines deti rehti hai because they fear ki kahi future me bhot bada market crash na ho jisse investors aur retailers ko bhari nuksaan hoga.

Higher The Risk, Higher The Profit

Analysts ki mane to Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies me invest karna bhot hi risky hai but return bhi utna hi jyada hai. Although unki advice mane to invest karne se pehle investors ko full research karni zaruri hai and then according to the size of your pocket hi kisi bhi cryptocurrency me invest karna chahiye.

Government’s stand and GST

Ministry of Finance ne recently ek committee banayi thi to examine and study cryptocurrency se related issues. February 28, 2019 ko is committee ne apni report submit kari recommending ki sari private cryptocurrencies ban kardi jaye, except any virtual currencies issued by the state. Abhi tak is par koi bhi step nahi liya gaya hai kyunki iska direct impact market pr padega and India isse bhot peeche chala jayga. Central Economic Intelligence Bureau (CEIB) ne ek study kari thi related to GST on cryptocurrency and unhone paya ki cryptocurrency ko current assets ki tarah treat kiya ja sakta hai so Bitcoin pr GST lagane me koi issue nahi hai.
