7 July ko National Macaroni Day ke roop me Celebrate kiya jata hai. In general, Macaroni typically ‘Durum Wheat’ se bana hota hai. Aur ye ‘Dry Pasta’ ki hi ek variety hai, jise Paneer ke sath bhi cook kiya jata hai. Kuch log sochte hai ki iske past se iske shape ka naam macaroni hua, but ye naam actually ek ‘Dough’ se liya Gaya hai. Jise macaroni Banane ke liye use kiya jata hai. Although ye kahna galat nahi hoga ki Macaroni India ka favourite breakfast hai and 90’s ka bacha apne school time me le jaya karta tha.

Macaroni pasta ka hi ek incredible piece hai jo usually paneer, tomatoes and bread ke sath khaya jata hai. Most popular macaroni ‘Elbow Macaroni’ hai, but macaroni ke bahut se types hai. “Makarneia” word ka origin ‘Medieval Greek’ se hua hai. In English speaking countries, macaroni ka naam customarily ek specific shape ke pasta ko diya jata hai, for instance, small pasta tubes ko small pieces me cut karna.
