Pizza bahut hi easy dish hai jisko aap apne Ghar me kuch minutes me paka ke kha sakte hai. And apne loved ones ko bhi bana ke khila sakte hai. Isme sabse bada setback hai perfect pizza base banana. Jada log ise nahi bana paate hai. But ham aaj apko kuch yu samjhaenge ki step by step sikh kar aap ise Ghar par hi bana sakte hai. Exactly vaise hi jaisa aap bahar se order karke ke khaate hai.
Ingredients Of Pizza:
2 Servings-+
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 100 gm processed cheese
- 100 ml tomato ketchup
- 4 mushroom
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 capsicum (green pepper)
- 2 onion
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1/2 cup mozzarella
- baking powder -1 teaspoon
- Dry yeast ( yeast ki jagah par aap curd bhi use kar sakte hai) – 1 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- water as required
How To Make Pizza:
Step 1 : Prepare pizza dough.
Ek bowl me dough (aata) lijiye jarurt ke anusaar. And salt milaye usme swaad anusar fir thoda sa baking powder. Then 1 teaspoon oil or sath hi sath thoda garam paani milaiye. If yeast aapko apke Ghar ke ass- pass mil jaaye to bahot accha hai but nahi milti hai to aap Dahi ( curd) use kar sakte hai.. hum curd ya fir yeast pizza base me fluffiness lane ke liye use krte hai. Then ek teaspoon sugar milaiye or acche se mix karke rakh dijiye 10-15 minutes ke liye. Ek Baar yeast rise ho gayi fir isme thoda paani milakar dough ko ache se mix karke 4-6 ghante ke liye rakh dijiye or fir uske baad aapka dough tyaar hai pizza base Banane ke liye
Step 2 : Prepare the pizza base.
Oven ko 180 degree Celsius par preheat kariye.. agar aapke Ghar oven nahi hai to aap pan (Tava) bhi use kar sakte hai. Aap apne base ko circle banaiye or fir usme fork se base me prick kariye taaki base bahot jyada rise na ho or acche se steamed ho jaaye. Then aap apne pizza base ko oven me rakhe or 5-10 minutes me base ready ho jayega.
Step 3 : Chop all the vegetables for the pizza.
Veggies me aap capsicum, onion, tomato, corn, paneer, olives, broccoli, mushroom etc. or bhi bahut saari sabjiya hai jinko aap use kar sakte hai apne pasand ya fir baccho ki pasand ke anusaar. Then aap in sabjiyo ko bariki se cut kar le. Cut Kari hui sabjiyo ko ek bowl me rakh le and mozzarella cheese separate bowl me rakhe.
Step 4 : Spread the sauce and veggies on the base.
Tyaar kiya hua pizza base lijiye and usme tomato ketchup lagaiye fir thoda sa cheese sprinkle kariye then apne cut ki hui sabjiye base par daliye, sabjiyo ke baad fir ek moti layer cheese ki spread kariye.
Step 5 : 250 degree Celsius par pizza bake kariye 10 minute ke liye.
Pizza ko baking tray par rakh kar oven me rakh dijiye then 250 degree Celsius par 10 minutes ki timing set kar dijiye. 10-minute jab poore ho jaaye to usko oven se nikal kar oregano or chilli flakes apne sawaad anusaar sprinkle karke serve kr dijiye.
Tips
• Sabse jada dhyan rakhne waali cheez ye hai ki apne oven ko preheat Karna zaruri hai. If aap standard oven use kar rahe hai to make sure ki 280 degree Celsius par aapka oven preheated hona chahiye.
• In case agar aap ready made base use kr rahe hai to dhyan rakhiyega ki base thanda (cold) na ho, pizza bnane ke adha ghanta pehle aap usko fridge se bahar nikal le.
• Agar aapko yeast easily available nahi hai to aap curd bhi use kar sakte hai. Yeast ka fayeda ye hai ki aapka dough jaldi ready or fluffy ban jata hai and curd ke use me ye hota hai ki dough thoda der me rise hota hai but aap agar health-conscious hai to curd ka hi use kriya.
