Business me, trust hone ki wajaha se customer badhte hai ya customer hone ki wajha se trust badhta hai ? Kya aapko market me trust banana hai taki aapke customers badhe ?

Social networks and media, aaise 2 cheeje hai jaha aap marketing kar sakte hai jaha par ek post kai baar share kia jaa sakta hai aur yeh ek sabse aasan tareeka hai.

Algorithms bhaut hi complicated hai, par muskhil nahi. Yeh bhaut hi innovative hai aur aasani se post ko logo tak pauncha sakta hai.

Algorithms bhaut hi entice ya attractive hote hai, yeh humari attention paane ke lie kuch bhi kar sakte hai. Agar aap koi bhi social media app par scroll karte jaye to aapko aaise ads bhi dikhte hai jo aapka dhayan kheench ti hai. Aapko vah cheej bhaut hi aakarshit lagne lagti hai aur aapko kharidne ka maan karne lagta hai us ad ko dekh ke. 

Lekin agar issko dhayan se use nahi kia gaya tho, bhaut problems khadi ho sakti hai.

Koi bhi product ya service ki marketing karne se pelhe hume yeh dhayan rakhna chaiye ki kaise hum baki logo se alag kar sakte hai aur kaise log humari product ya service ko saalo tak yaad kar sake.

Agar aap facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc par kabhi bhi login kare tho kam se kam aapko 2-3 ads har 2 minutte me dikhe ge. Aur agar aapne kuch google search kia ho, tho aapko har jaga uss search ke related ads dikhne lag jate hai.

Apko yeh lagta hoga ki yeh sab ka koi fayda nahi hai, lekin aap galat hai. Companies like Facebook, Google, Amazon, etc aapni aadhi kamai inn ads ki wajhe se hi karti hai.

Google jo ki bhaut hi popular hai, google ne ek din yeh socha ki Ads service ko free kar dena chaiye taki isse google aur business dono ko bhi fayda ho. Iss decision ka karan hai ki, agar yeh sab paid ho tho zayada log afford nahi kar paye ge, lekin agar free ho tho sab log use kar sakte hai. Aaj Google jaise companies aaise kamo se Crore of rupees banati hai bas kuch hi seconds me.

Yeh opportunity dekh kar Facebook  ne bhi free ads posting ki service bhi shuru kar di. Facebook ek aaise jaga hai jaha ek friend apne dusre friend ko forward kar sakta hai jiss se popularity badhne lag ti hai.

Kabhi ka bar yeh bhi hota hai ki company bhaut hi kharcha kar ke ad banati hai par veh utna nahi chal pata. Kyuki un ho ne sahi tareeke se planning nahi ki hoti hai.

Aapne post / ad ko viral karne ke kuch  key characteristics hai:

  • Has an exponentially accelerating viewership over a short period of time

Algorithm ko samajh ne ke lie hume pelhe yeh samajh na hoga ki yeh sab shuru kaise hote hai aur kaise kaam karte hai. 

Ek baar algorithm ka khel samajh aa gaya, tho koi bhi isse use karn sakta hai aur aapne ads ko viral kar sakta hai.

2. Social authority 

Social Authority, iss ka matlab hai ki offline marketing. Yaha aaisa hota hai ki ek customer aapne friend ko refer karta hai aur badle me usko kuch reward diya jata hai.

Lekin aaisa kar pana bhaut hi mushkil hai kyuki issme bhaut hi cost uuthana padta hai aur kabhi ka baar customer bhi satisfied nahi hote.

Kyuki yeh ek traditional method hai, log iss ko fir bhi maante hai as a backup plan.
