Online food delivery startup, Zomato, April me listing ke papers file kardega and by September end, Zomato stock market me utar jayega. According to Bloomberg, Zomato $650 million raise kar sakta hai with this IPO. Zomato ke officials ne abhi tak koi detail nahi di hai but IPO ka size aur Launch date badal sakti hai which means ki Zomato apna IPO 1-2 months pehle bhi kar sakta hai. Abhi tak kisi bhi Zomato representative ne is mamle par baat karne tak se mana kardia hai.

Recent Raises
Zomato, is saal already additional $250 million apne existing aur new investors se raise kar chuka hai. Apna pre-primary IPO fundraise karke Zomato ne apni total valuation $5.4 billion kar li hai. And pichle saal, December me total valuation sirf $3.9 billion thi. Ye funds existing investors, Kora Management LP jinhone $115 million invest kare ; Fidelity Management and Research jinhone ne $55 million invest kare; Tiger Global Management and new investors Bow Wave Capital aur Dragoneer Investment Group ne $20 million aur $10 million invest kare hai. Also, Zomato ko 10 naye investors bhi mil gaye hai jisme Baillie Gifford, Luxor Capital, Steadview, D1 Capital and Mirae Asset jese badi companies ke naam hai.

Reason Of Fundraising Spree
Since last year, Zomato fundraising spree par hai. Reason hai ki taki Zomato age ane wale time me kisi bhi tarah ki price wars me stable rahe and isliye continuously apne cash reserves ko boost kar raha hai. Ek secondary deal bhi Zomato kar raha hai jisse vo $140 million raise karega and apne Chinese investor ko portfolio se hata dega.
