86-87Rs per share Kalyan Jewellers ke IPO ka price band rakha gaya hai. Kalyan Jewellers ne IPO ke LOT Size 172 shares ka rakha hai. BSE or NSE me listing ke liye company ne pichley saal august me Capital Market Regulator SEBI ko official papers submit kar diye the. Company pehle issue ke through 1750 crore Rs collect Karne ki plan me the Lekin ab 1175 crore Rs ke issue ke plan me hai.
Company IPO ke through 800 crore Rs fresh issue karegi and 375 crore Rs ke share Offer For Sale (OFS) me sale karegi. OFS me company ke promoter TS. Kalyanraman 125 crore Rs and Highdale Investment 250 crore. Rs share bechenge.
IPO ka 50% share Eligible Institutional Investors ke liye reserved hoga, 35% share Retail Buyers ke liye hoga, 15% share Non Institutional Investors ke liye reserved hoga. Kalyan Jewellers ke workers ke liye 2 crore share reserved rahenge. Axis Capital, Citigroup Global Market India, ICICI Securities and SBI Capital Market iss offer ke liye Global Coordinators and Book Running Lead Manager hai.

Previous Financial year 2019-20 me Kalyan Jewellers ko 142.2 crore Rs ka profit hua tha . Company India se 78.19% and Middle East se 21.81% revenue generate Karti hai.
