Bombay mein aek social media user ne content ke naam par fake ki apni hi death! Ab bataiye log views aur likes ke liye kya kya kar sakte hai!
Iffy Khan, with 44.8k followers ne apne social media handle par yeh video ko upload kiya. Yeh video ko bits mein shoot kiya gaya hai but isko dekhkar suicide video jaisa lag raha hai.
Yeh video ko Bandra and Khar railway stations ke beech ke railway track par shoot kiya gaya hai. Yeh video ko friday shoot kiya gaya tha aur social media par saturday shaam 4 baje upload kiya gaya tha.
Video ke upload hote hi police ne yeh iss video ko notice kar liya aur turant uss par action liya.
Mumbai railway police commissioner Quaiser Khalid ka Time Of India ko kehna tha ki:
“After the video was posted on the GRP’s Twitter page, a team tracked the accused to Bandra. The team reached his house but he was not present there. The action was initiated so that no one will provoke anyone with such a dangerous and scary act.”
Irfan ka kehna tha ki unhone yeh video zyada se zyaada followers gain karne ke liye banaya tha. Unhe Section 336 of the Indian Penal Code, for committing an act to endanger the lives of others and himself, and section 188, for disobedience of order ke tahet arrest kiya gaya hai.
Iske alawa unn par section 505 (1) for publishing or circulating any statement containing a rumour or alarming news with the intent to incite to commit an offense, and under the Indian Railways Act, for nuisance and trespassing bhi lagaya gaya hai.
Irfan ka police ko kehna tha ki “I made it for entertainment purposes. It was a mistake, My intention was never bad or to encourage people to (die by) suicide.”
Suicide aek serious mental illness issue hai. Uska iss tarah se mazzak bana kar logo ko influence karna koi funny baat nahi hai! India aek aisa desh hai jaha ke suicide rates bohot hi high hai aur content ke naam par aise videos bana kar usse lightly lena bilkul bhi nahi chahiye. Aise sensitive issues par funny videos bana kar content ka naam dena woh bilkul bhi acceptable nahi hai.
