  • ¼ tsp crushed cumin seeds

Kya aapko Netflix pe binge watching ki aadat hai? Kya aap bhi Tv mein match ya serials dekhte dekhte chips ka packet khaa jate hai? Then summer is not the time excess fats aur carbohydrates khane ka. Usse aapki body ko digest karne ke liye zyada mehnat karni padti hai.

Instead aapko jabhi kuch snack khaane ka mann kare toh anything jisme protein content zyada ho for example, a handfull of nuts i.e badaam, kaju, kishmish kuch bhi ya fir aek quick protein shake, ya aek glass doodh pine se bhi aapka craving control ho jayega.

Maana ki summers mein exersise karne mein sabko kantaal aata hai. But a quick half an hour run or cycling for just 2-5 kms or hitting the gym for an hour, bhi aapko iss summer beach body and six packs banane se nahi rok sakta.
