  3. Oils – Ghee, Vegetable Oil, Aur aap Peanut Oil are normally use kar sakte hai.
  4. Spices – Sendha Namak,  Jeera, Jeera Powder, Kali Mirch powder, Chhoti Elaichi ye sab cheez aap ghar ke logo ke liye use kar saktehai.
  5. Fruits– Sabhi tarah ke fruits aap kha saktehai. Apples, Grapes, Banana, etc. And aap sabhi tarah ke seasonal fruits kha sakte hai.
  6. Milk and Dairy Ka Products– Fasting ke samay aap dhoodh ke items kha sakte hain. Dhoodh, Dahii, Paneer, Fresh Cream, Butter, Malai, aur Khoya/ Mawa.
  7. Sugars – Raw sugar, Jaggery, Honey, regular sugar app kha sakte hai.
  8. Vegetables– Navratri ke samay aap kuch type ke sabji kha sakte hain. Jaise ki Boiled aloo, Arbi, Yam, Kacha Kela, Kacha Papeeta, Lauki.

  1. Flours and Grains– Aap Wheat ko kisi bhi form me nahi kha sakte aur wheet ke atta ko bhi nahi kha sakte. Rice and Rice ka atta, Besan, Sooji, Maidaaur refined atta, corn ka atta etc. yeh sab Navratri fast ke samay use nahi karna chahiye.
  2. Vegetables-Pyaaj aur Lahasun strictly mana hain. Yaha tak ki baingan, Bhindi, yaa koi bhi green vegetables ka use nahi kiya jata hai. Kuchh log paalak, tamaatar aur kheere khate hain. But aap ye sab khane se pahle apne elders se puch kar khae.
  3. Legumes and Pulses – Navratri ke samay legumes and pulses allowed nahi hai.
  4. Spices – Regular namak allowed nahi hai. Haldi, Garam Masala, Curry powder, Dhaniya powder, Sarso, Hing yah sab bhi allowed nahi hai. Kuch log Ajwain ka use karte hai aur kuch log nahi karte hai.
