5 states and 2 Union Territory me India ke 8 Beaches ko blue flag pramaanan se sammaanit kiya gaya hai. Iss ka Declaration Ministry of Environment ne ki thi. International Proportion se sammaanit kie gae 8 beaches hai, ghoghala (diu), shivaraajapur (Dwarka-Gujarat), Kasarkod and Padubidri (Karnataka), kappad (Kerala), rashikonda ( Andhra Pradesh), raadhaanagar (Andaman and Nicobar islands ), and goldan beach (puri-odisha). However, This is for the first time that eight Indian beaches have managed to grab that eco-label tag. Union Environment Minister prakaash jaavadekar ne iss desh ke lie “garvka pal” bataate hue kaha ki pramaanan bhaarat ke conservation aur sustainable development ka prayaas ki maanyata hai.

Blue Flag ek pramaanan hai jo samudr tat, marina dvaara praapt kiya ja sakata hai aur ek eco-label ke roop mein kaam karata hai.
