Ingredients –

Singhare ka Atta – 1/2 cup
Ghee – 2 spoon
Curd or Dahi – 1/2 cup
Green mirch – 2
Lemon ka juice – 1/2 spoon
Green Dhania – 1 spoon

How to make –

  • Take non stick pan and usme Ghee ko daal ke garam kare medium flame pe. And Jab ghee properly garam ho jaye and melt ho jaaye to Singhare ka atta add kare usme and bhoone. Light brown colour hone tak achhe se bhoone.
  • Bowl me paani aur dahi ko achhe se mix kar le. And mixture tayar kar le. Sath hi sath gren mirch ko kaat ke.
  • Now, ek kadhai me ghee garam krke hari mirch se tadka lgaaye. Then, dahi aur pani ke mixture ko daale. Jab us dahi me ubal aa jaye to usme bhuna hua atta add kre. And apne according sendha namak add kar sakte hai.
  • Then lemon juice add karke 5 se 10 minutes ke liye pakaaye.
  • Then, jab Atte ka paani sookh jaaye and halwe k tarah dikhne lage to usko aur jada na pakaaye.
  • Now, iss pake hue atte ko plate me achhe se faila le and let it cool.
  • Thoda thanda ho jaane ke baad refrigerator me Barfi tray me rakh de mixture. Aap apne according nuts daal skte hai. Then, Barfi tray ka shape le ke vo Barfi shape me aa jaega.

And now it is ready to be served. Cut into desired shapes and enjoy.
