  • Give your self enough rest.
  • Apne apko 7-8 hours ka sleep dijiye.
  • Do some breathing exersises.
  • Apne friends aur family se baat kijiye on how you feel.

Don’t s:

  • Refined foods ko apne diet se nikal dijiye.
  • Fried food ko avoid karein.
  • Heavy lifting aur rigrous exersise ko avoid karein.
  • Apni sleep ko compromise karna avoid karein.
  • Caffeine over use karna avoid karein.
  • Sugary drinks jaise ki pesi, cola etc avoid karein.

Balanced diet and energising foods lene se body ki immunity improve hoti hai. Covid-19 aapke lungs pe kaafi affect karta hai toh thoda breathing exercise se lungs firse strong ho jata hai.

Happy Foods like Dark chocolate, dates, nuts aur bananas khane se mood bhi improve hota hai.

Mild exersise like walking, some pushups, planks and squats karne se aap apne fitness levels ko bhi covid-19 se recovery ke baad in-check rakh sakte ho. Aur kisi bhi exersise ke baad stretching for cool down bohot hi important role play karta hai. Do consult your doctor before starting any exersise.
