Professor Mehta batati hai ki kaise multiple factors hamare diet and food choice ko influence karte hai. If hm unsustainable diet follow karenge to malnutrition and chronic Disease body me increase karega.

Choice Of Food –

Jab hm food ki shopping kare to hme nutritional content and environmental stability jarur dekhna chahiye. Because jab hm food choices kare to vo hamare and environment both ke liye sustainable ho. Food choice jo environment ko help karte hai vo hamare liye jyada healthier hote hai. Because hm  locally-produced vegetables and fruits jyada khate hai instead of meat and less processed foods.

Tips Of Sustainable Eating-

Firstly sabko variety of food khana chahiye. Vegetarian Food ko jyada importance dena chahiye. Food ko waste nhi karna chahiye. Also we should buy food jo Credible Certified Standard ke according ho. We should Focus on hm jo kha rhe vo kaha se aa rha and body ko kitna nourish kr rha. Fruit, vegetables and legumes se health and well being improve hoga. Even so meat-alternative products ko bhi sometimes prefer kar sakte hai.
